Garney Construction is seeking a Regional Operations Manager in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing construction operations and business performance across multiple areas or geographic regions. This role provides leadership to Area Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals in safety, quality, financial performance, and workforce development. The ROM plays a key role in regional strategy, project acquisition, and long-term planning while serving as a liaison between field operations and executive leadership.
