About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Dental Operations Manager to help drive performance and alignment across our growing dental group. You’ll work closely with our office managers to make sure processes are followed, teams are performing at a high level, and operations are running smoothly across all locations.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives on accountability. You’ll be the link between office managers and central leadership, ensuring scorecards, compliance, and patient experience standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

  • Review weekly scorecards and identify key focus areas for each office.
  • Run audit reports to ensure processes (scheduling, billing, compliance) are being followed.
  • Oversee clinical and HR compliance across locations.
  • Work with HR to support training, resolve staffing concerns, and strengthen performance.
  • Handle escalated scheduling and financial questions from staff.
  • Attend weekly meetings and improve communication across offices.
  • Spend at least one day per week at each office and two days per week at the management office.
  • Prepare weekly reports for leadership and support quarterly planning sessions.
  • Assist with expansion projects for new offices or renovations.

  • Consistent improvement on KPIs (reappointment rate, production, patient experience).
  • Smooth operations and compliance across all three offices.
  • Office managers supported and accountable, with fewer issues escalating to leadership.
  • Clear, actionable reporting that connects daily operations to long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in managing multiple locations in healthcare or practice management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator able to coach, hold teams accountable, and resolve conflicts.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and budgets.
  • Willingness to travel between offices weekly (Scarborough, North York, Newmarket).
  • Experience in dental, medical, or multi-location service industries is an asset.
