Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-orientedRegional Operations Specialist to support the logistics backbone of one of our largest clients. Think of this role as the Air Traffic Controller for our drivers—you ensure they have the right information, the right paperwork, and the support they need to succeed.

Location: This position requires the first2 months fully on-site in our Medellín office for training and integration. Afterward, you will transition to aHybrid Model (2 days in office, 3 days from home).

What You Will Do

Your main goal is operational readiness. You will work in the back office to support drivers, ensuring seamless execution of assignments.
