**Regional Ordering SME Supervisor**
In our EDS, Electrical Distribution System Business Unit, we engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.
**Your Role**
- Ensure Ordering OS implementation
- Ensure implementation of work instruction and EOS procedures within the Ordering Area
- Monitor SQDIP results and ensure that root cause analysis is performed and gaps are closed
- Support to execute Ordering OSAs and work with PCL Team to define action plan and help PCL Team to close the gaps
- Organize and provide training for Ordering as needed
- Follow up on the certification process, ensure the gaps in the trainings are closed, and ensure the training is refreshed
