Your role
The Regional P2P Manager will play an integral role in support of sourcing and procuring services and goods for their Digital Realty subregion in close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across the corresponding countries (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and other functions) to manage and execute strategic sourcing, supplier management and other activities to deliver on goals & requirements with differentiated value, resilience and cost management. in this role you will manage a team across different geographies.

Minimum finished bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in P2P, procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role leading a P2P teamExtended experience in PO ManagementMust have excellent verbal and written English skills, multiple languages a strong plusProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent negotiation skillsAble to adapt, multi-task, prioritize, take/give direction, and work independently and with timeline constraintsEnjoys challenges, is goal oriented, and can work with autonomyAbility to navigate conflict with suppliers and company stakeholders
