Regional Partner Manager

Our Regional Manager role is responsible for all Partner activities in the assigned region and for managing a small set of Regional Focus Partners. This is a newly created role following an exceptional growth year at Armis.

What you’ll do

  • Create and implement a strategic territory plan that aligns with the Sales GTM. The plan should include recruitment of new Partners and engagement with regionally appropriate Strategic, GSI, Technology, Service and CSP Partners as well as Solution Providers.
  • Generate Partner Leads, including Account Mapping, AE introductions, joint marketing events and BDR callout days.
  • Support Partner Sales by ensuring AE alignment, deal registration, opportunity management, close plans, and forecast reporting.
  • Drive Partner Marketing efforts by prioritizing MDF, events, leveraging CIB with Partners, and following up on all leads with Sales, BDR and Marketing counterparts.
  • Enable Partners by scheduling and conducting sessions, driving completion of required online courses, and educating on Partner‑specific value proposition and GTM.
  • Manage Partner Program activities by building and managing business plans, ensuring Partner understanding of the program and compliance.
  • Engage Strategic, Distribution and CSP Partners and work with Strategic Partner Managers to drive deals within the region.
  • Collaborate with Services Team and AEs to assign the appropriate Managed or Implementation Services Partner to every deal and document expectations and collaboration.
  • Educate field teams on Partners, Program, Process and best engagement practices.

What we expect

  • Experienced partner sales professional who is creative, collaborative and determined to win.
  • Strong relationships with leading Cyber Resellers, Technology Providers, GSI and CSPs.
  • Minimum 8+ years of prior channel sales experience.
  • Prior experience designing Partner Business and Channel Sales and Marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A self‑motivated, independent thinker experienced in a remote environment.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions with services, including Endpoint, XDR/EDR, Asset Discovery and Management.
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and career stability.

The salary range for this position is $140,000‑$180,000 . This amount is the base salary and does not include additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, or other benefits. For more information on our benefits, visit our careers site.
