Job Description
The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing staff to provide efficient Payroll services for employees based in different countries across Europe ( Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, Denmark Poland ) Oversees the development, implementation, and administration of cost-effective Payroll processes across these corporate entities. Actively participates in the Global Shared Services Center as a leader supporting division and company initiatives.Manages payroll team of 8 payroll expertsOptimizes internal and external company processes as they relate to PayrollCoaches the Payroll Team in resolving complex Payroll processing and employee Payroll issuesProvides Payroll reporting and payments are compliant and aligned with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and regulationsServes as supplier relationship manager for vendors, overseeing all interactions, including performance, processes, contractual agreements, and paymentsActing as ...
