This role will provide and influence markets with the ambition and appropriate toolkits to realize growth opportunities and will be able to provide ongoing thought leadership and Perfect Store strategy creation that will result in repeatable growth for markets in future years.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**
+ Lead the delivery of short & long term omni channel intelligent Perfect Store and Digital strategies in Europe aligned with global Category Vision and Global Perfect Store by ensuring markets understand, embed and execute Perfect Store philosophies and strategies. The output will be to optimise profitability and Sales revenues at a category and portfolio level for MW and customers
+ Make clear link between Category Strategy and instore priorities and drives these into Picture of Success and KPIs creation to support local markets
+ Identifies new tools (like Image Recognition, Data Lake, Power BI, etc) implementation to generate valuable insights for the PS execution with markets’ cooperation and strong global collaboration
+ Be an active member within the Perfect Store global community, representing the best practices and the needs of Europe
+ Influence key stakeholders to ensure the needs of shoppers and the category are brought to life via the Perfect Store program represented in our strategic plans and in-store execution
What are we looking for?
+ Strong category and shopper insights experience with a demonstrated ability to develop strong and impactful category solutions and deployment of Category Vision
+ Customer experience and understanding of how to develop engaging and actionable category solutions for the customer.
+ Experience in transformation and change management
+ Analytical background and ability to transform data into actions
