We are seeking a visionary Senior Educational Leader, based in regional Victoria, to guide, mentor, and elevate Campus Principals across 11 campuses, driving excellence in teaching, learning, compliance, governance, and student achievement.

The Opportunity

This is a rare and influential role for an experienced educational leader to provide both strategic and operational leadership across a network of 11 regional campuses. Reporting at a senior level, you will lead, support, and develop Campus Principals while ensuring consistently high standards aligned with the organisation's vision, values, and long-term strategy. The role involves regular travel across Victoria and Tasmania to build strong relationships, provide hands‑on leadership, and ensure best‑practice implementation across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across 11 campuses
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Campus Principals to deliver excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement
  • Embed a modern, high-performance learning culture aligned to organisational values and strategic priorities
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
  • Strengthen leadership capability through performance development and succession planning
  • Partner with People & Culture to build and sustain high-performing teams
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to organisational strategy as part of the senior education leadership team
  • Maintain strong visibility across campuses and engagement with classroom practice
