Guide and oversee implementation of the USAID’s Local Partner Health Services-EC (LPHSEC) project for all the technical areas in the Cluster/sub-region, including TB, HIV Care and Treatment, HIV Prevention, VMMC, PMTCT, Community Linkages, Youth and Gender, Quality improvement, Social Behaviour Communication, District Stewardship and Coordination, supply chain and laboratory services. He/she will also oversee the cluster and district-based finance and administration functions of the USAID’s Local Partner Health Services East Central Project; and manage relationships with partners and respective districts in East Central Uganda. The incumbent will also be the project’s liaison person in one specific assigned district, where there will be no District Programme Officer, embedded in the District Health Management Team (DHT).
