Role Purpose

With only general guidelines, is able to propose, plan, coordinate, and control projects of moderate complexity and risk involving one or two technologies/organizational units (ex: building a melting unit) or new product with a process extension. Projects will typically have moderate financial and/or strategic impact on the corporation. Manages project resources (people, budgets, etc.) as necessary to support and meet overall business objectives. Can provide technical and non-technical guidance (oversight) to ensure the systems are technically and economically successful. Supervises and participates in the development of solutions and resolutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
