About this role
:Carrier Commercial Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Regional Projects Manager to oversee and manage all commercial construction modernization and Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls projects in the West region. This role requires a highly skilled leader to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, while managing a team of professionals across multiple locations. The Regional Projects Leader will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Supervise and mentor a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
