Your Job:

We are looking for a Regional Quality Management Systems Leader to join Molex’s Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division. This role will lead the development, optimization, and execution of Quality Management Systems across our North America design centers and manufacturing sites. You’ll be a key driver of continuous improvement, audit readiness, and digital transformation in quality systems.

Our Team:

You’ll be part of the DSS Global Quality team, collaborating closely with design centers, manufacturing plants, and Molex’s Global QMS team. This team is focused on delivering best-in-class quality systems that support innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
