REGIONAL RESALE BUSINESS PARTNER & CPP PROJECT MANAGER
Key Achievements- 1 - Management of Resale Procurement Categories at regional level
Consolidates and challenges Business Requirements from Country Sales and Marketing departments in terms of: sales & marketing policies, targeted segments and customers, brand positioning, targeted sell out prices & volumes, profitability objectives and overall weaknesses in the company value proposition, with strong support and facilitation of Regional Resale Procurement Business partners.
Contributes to the definition of Category Strategies, by balancing the necessity of European purchasing leverage & consistency on one side, satisfaction of local business requirements on the other side, in accordance with the Group Category Management Process & Procedures.
