Key Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination: 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of 4 regional training sessions, including logistics, venue coordination, materials preparation, and attendee communication. 
  • Support the coordination of 1 regional BC seminar, which includes liaising and collaborating with an external vendor and different stakeholders. 
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets under supervision. 
  • Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery. 

Operation Support: 

  • Consolidate reports from various regions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as needed.
