Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of 4 regional training sessions, including logistics, venue coordination, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
- Support the coordination of 1 regional BC seminar, which includes liaising and collaborating with an external vendor and different stakeholders.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets under supervision.
- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
Operation Support:
- Consolidate reports from various regions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as needed.
