Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the region.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops for employees across multiple sites.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns within the region.
