We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven **Regional Sales Director** to take **direct sales ownership for Mexico & Central America**, while also **leading and managing** **a regional team across the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region**. This role combines **hands-on sales responsibility** with **strategic leadership**, including accountability for the regional** sales performance.**
**This position reports to RADWIN’s COO**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Management in Mexico & Central America**:Personally lead sales activities, develop the market, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for the territory
- ** Team Management Across CALA**:Directly manage regional team members across the CALA region; provide leadership, set clear goals, coach performance, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- ** Market strategy execution**: Implement and oversee the execution of RADWIN’s go-to-market strategy to maximize regional impact and growth
- ** Sales strategy management**: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle
- ** Pipeline Management**:Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility
- ** Channel partner development**: Recruit, train and coordinate channel partners activities to expand market reach
- ** Demand generation**: Drive demand for RADWIN’s products and solutions demand at both end user and channel partner levels
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least five years in sales / sales leadership roles within telecom or networking, with proven experience managing regional teams
- ** Regional Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of Mexico and Central America, plus familiarity with the CALA region’s business environment
- ** Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, remote, multicultural teams
- ** Proven performance**: rack record of consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to organizational growth
- ** Technical expertise**: Solid understanding of the telecom and wireless networking technologies. Relevant technical background - advantage
- ** Communications skills**: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- ** Language proficiency**: Full command of English (Speaking, reading and writing), in addition to Spanish.
