Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our sales operations across Karnataka. Based in Bangalore, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key trade and corporate accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales operations across Karnataka

  • Drive sales growth across product portfolios: Sutures, Staplers, Energy, and Hernia

  • Manage and grow trade and corporate hospital accounts

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales managers and frontline executives

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and regulatory teams

  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management

  • Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–12 years of sales experience in Medical Devices / Surgical Consumables

  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience

  • Strong exposure to the Karnataka healthcare market

  • Proven success in trade and corporate hospital sales

  • Product experience in Sutures, Staplers, Energy, or Hernia preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
