We are seeking a dynamic and experienced The Regional Sales Manager – Govt & PSU will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic market penetration of OneXtel's CPaaS solutions across State Government departments, PSUs, and Smart City initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of government sales cycles, tender processes, and strategic deal execution.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive and expand sales initiatives targeting State Government departments, PSUs, and Smart City projects within the designated region..
- Influence RFPs/RFIs before publication by engaging with key decision-makers, consultants, and ecosystem partners.
- Focus on closing deals through nomination-based opportunities and strategic positioning.
