Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai 

Experience: Total 15 – 20 years of experience with a minimum of 10 to 12 Years of people management responsibility and relevant industry experience.

EDUCATION: BE, MBA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare the business plan and strategy, Structure for the respective Business

• Overall responsible for the business line revenue and GC.

• Sales Structure, Sales Enablement for the team

• Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, case studies for each of the offering

• Manage and enable all other principal relationship across the country

• Enhance Sonata's positioning with Principals. Garner preferred partner status.

• Regional principal alignment & Account Planning with our region

•Business Planning and Governance with Principals.

• Help Regional sales team in closing deals.

• Reduction in Cost of sales, Better Commercial terms from principals

• Creation and management of funnel.

• Competition tracking & monitoring

• Be the exec sponsor for min 10 customers
