Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time, Ontario Sales Manager to join our team remotely. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in their designated region. This role requires close collaboration with the President and various internal departments to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Strong skills in prospecting, selling, client relationship management, and sales target achievement
- Proven ability to manage regional sales operations
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with one or more of the industries served by Carmel Industries
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license (required)
