Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Products
Education: BE/ME/PG Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical/RAC/HVAC. 
Salary : 20 -24  Lacs

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategy for a highly technical, unique product
* Having good knowledge about split AC market in south India.
* Educate customers on product features and competitive advantages
* Identify and engage institutional, dealer, distributor, and project customers
* Understand customer technical needs and propose suitable solutions
* Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations
* Work with customers to integrate the product into existing systems
* Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing teams for updates and feedback
* Achieve assigned sales targets and drive market adoption
* Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
