What You’ll Do Here

  • Identify and select key end‑customer accounts within the region according to the regional strategy and market conditions.
  • Develop clear business plans for these accounts, aiming for long‑term relationships.
  • Set annual targets for the overall market and each account; continuously track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop the project pipeline and close projects:
    • Ensure the end customers have the necessary product portfolio to sell Network Video (software, cabling, networking, and storage).
    • Guarantee that end customers are trained to sell Axis solutions and obtain the required certification.
    • Run activities that influence and educate accounts so they can build an ecosystem around Axis, creating a pull in the market and engaging early in new projects.
