Job Purpose

This is a critical feeder role to the Sales Leadership Roles.

  • Build Regional Sales Strategy (East) to maximize sales through the channel and in-store execution.
  • Build Route To Market Plans for your Region to optimize reach and cost structure in General/Traditional Trade & Speciality Trade Channels.
  • Lead the team to build solid Customer relationships.
  • Category management with key customers
  • Accountable for ensuring compliance of org guidelines.
