Job Description
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives in line with organizational goals.
- Meet regional sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Establish district-level sales objectives by creating sales plans and quotas aligned with national strategies.
- Recruit, develop, and manage the regional sales team to meet performance standards.
- Convert key accounts and core customers while ensuring long-term retention.
- Implement and monitor trade promotions and sales promotion activities across the region.
- Track regional performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in regional sales management within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
