Job Description

  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives in line with organizational goals.
  • Meet regional sales revenue and profitability targets.
  • Establish district-level sales objectives by creating sales plans and quotas aligned with national strategies.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage the regional sales team to meet performance standards.
  • Convert key accounts and core customers while ensuring long-term retention.
  • Implement and monitor trade promotions and sales promotion activities across the region.
  • Track regional performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.

Job Requirements:
