Regional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE: Monitor sales activities in the assigned regions through effective mobilization of team resources and supervision of the overall functioning of Company's sales force.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales Planning: • Organize the team resources to effectively meet sales targets and provide support for channel management activities • Tap potential for tyre sales and assist the territory leaders in market penetration and developing new customer base in the region 2. Supply Chain Management: • predict customer demand and meet requirements within optimum time period • Forecast product supply and judiciously take orders across the range of tyre products 3. Dealer/Customer Management: • manage relationships with dealers, implement cost effective revenue models and meet demand targets • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase 4.
