Job Description
1.Develop sales strategies for the North Region;
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, channels, clients, and stores;
3.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand Xiaomi's sales in the North Region;
4.Implement brand visibility strategies to strengthen Xiaomi's presence in the North Region;
5.Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
1.Possesses more than 5 years of experience in North Peru regional sales management for a smartphone brand;
2.Has strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
3.Has a strong understanding of the Northern Peru market;
4.Has strong client relationships with various smartphone channels;
5.Fluent in both Spanish and English;
6.Has a passion for Xiaomi's culture.
