Role Overview<br />

As the Regional Head of Sales, you will lead and scale <br />
enterprise sales initiatives across your region. You will be responsible<br />
for developing high-value partnerships, closing key accounts, mentoring<br />
sales teams, and delivering aggressive growth targets.<br />
<br />
This is a leadership role that requires strong enterprise/B2B2C sales<br />
experience, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability. The<br />
ideal candidate should have a proven track record in fintech, HR tech,<br />
SaaS, or financial services sales.<br />

Key Responsibilities<br />
<br />
- Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned region<br />
<br />
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise deals with large employers,<br />
HRMS platforms, and payroll providers<br />
<br />
- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team<br />
<br />
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business<br />
goals<br />
<br />
- Engage directly with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, and decision-makers to<br />
establish long-term partnerships<br />
<br />
- Manage regional sales operations, forecasting, pipeline development,<br />
and reporting<br />
<br />
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and<br />
Operations to support client success and product adoption<br />
<br />
- Represent organization at industry events, conferences, and client<br />
meetings across India<br />
<br />
Ideal Candidate Profile<br />
<br />
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a<br />
leadership role<br />
<br />
- Strong experience in fintech, SaaS, payroll/HR tech, or enterprise<br />
sales<br />
<br />
- Demonstrated ability to close large accounts and drive scalable<br />
revenue<br />
<br />
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills<br />
<br />
- Comfortable with high travel frequency and in-person client meetings<br />
<br />
- Analytical mindset with hands-on CRM and data-driven decision-making<br />
<br />
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a<br />
plus)<br />
