Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales targets and revenue growth across all channels.
- Expand distributor and channel network, including GT, MT, and HORECA.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams.
- Implement trade marketing and merchandising initiatives.
- Forecast sales and provide accurate performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
