Role Responsibilities (Leadership-Oriented)


Act as a strategic sales leader, working closely with Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers to build, scale, and sustain revenue growth across media platforms (Radio / Print / TV).


Bring 12+ years of hands-on media sales experience, with the maturity to mentor teams, sharpen pitches, and elevate overall sales effectiveness.


Lead from the front by translating advertiser and agency briefs into high-impact, revenue-generating brand solutions, going beyond standard media sales.


Leverage strong industry and agency relationships to unlock new business opportunities, accelerate deal closures, and strengthen long-term partnerships.


Drive a solution-oriented selling approach, deeply understanding client business objectives and designing integrated solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.


Own task and pipeline management, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal movement, internal coordination, and closure discipline across the team.


Demonstrate a strong command over numbers, independently structuring proposals, negotiations, commercials, and costings with a clear focus on profitability.


Act as a problem-solver and troubleshooter, addressing campaign, client, or operational challenges swiftly to protect revenue and client trust.


Inspire high performance through clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and decisive leadership, motivating teams to consistently outperform targets.


Bring high energy and revenue aggression, relentlessly pursuing targets, identifying upsell opportunities, and converting ideas and innovations into tangible business results.
