Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive loan sales and achieve business targets for three wheeler loans via dealer channel
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Identify and develop business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and other strategic partners in the three wheeler industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, credit, and operations teams, to ensure seamless loan processing, timely disbursement, and excellent customer service.
