Job Description

This role supports regional commercial planning and sales performance management by providing insights, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of regional activities. The position works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to optimize operational processes and drive strategic decision-making.



+ Facilitate regional review of issues and opportunities and contribute to annual commercial planning

+ Support the Regional Sales Manager in reviewing OPL baselines, uplifts, and breakdowns by channel/distributor/customer

+ Consolidate reports (e.g., ageing stocks), coordinate flush-out activities, allocate seasonal merchandisers, and manage regional office requirements

+ Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; develop dashboards and KPI reports.
