Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced SENCO for a permanent job based in an alternative provision group in the West Midlands. If you are a qualified SENCO who is available from April 2026 onwards, we would be keen to speak with you.
If you are an experienced SENCO or an experienced Deputy SENCO seeking progression who has worked with pupils with SEMH across either primary or secondary phases this role may be for you. We are currently supporting an established alternative provision group with their journey of growth. The Regional SENCO role will be split across multiple sites, and you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule based on the pupils needs. Travel between sites can be claimed at 45p per mile during the workday, and you will be given a mobile phone and laptop with all required facilities.
