About the Role
Responsible for providing service training to regional partners in SEA, India and Oceania.
Develop technical service procedures, policies and standards to improve work process.
Facilitator between our service team / regional partners and HQ Service team.
Provide prompt technical support and ensure requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Attend to customer service enquiries from export countries and Singapore teams.
Arrange customer service training with Japan HQ.
Process and manage Japan database access login accounts (STIS).
Facilitate monthly meetings on Customer Service and Quality Assurance Department from HQ.
Analyze and gather feedback from our service team / regional partners to enhance technical competencies.
