Overview

Responsible for conducting the installation and upgrading of Elekta’s Software Solutions in Asia Pacific & Japan to the required quality and schedule in accordance with the installation’s strategy. This includes installing, configuring, and testing Elekta software solutions and associated third-party software and equipment in support of customer expectations and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Install and Upgrade Elekta Software solutions as required, either onsite or remotely.
  • Manage and coordinate activities associated with project tasks including liaison with customers and internal resources to successfully achieve a positive outcome.
  • Complete work records in a timely manner in CLM/PSA or associated software, ensuring all relevant reports, backups and signed documentation are uploaded and/or submitted to Manager/Project Manager.
