Regional Student Recruitment Manager – North, India

About the Role

The Regional Student Recruitment Manager will lead student recruitment across all Navitas products in their assigned region. You’ll manage the full recruitment pipeline — from enquiry to enrolment — and build lasting partnerships with agents, schools, and key stakeholders to achieve growth targets and enhance the student experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver enrolment and conversion targets across multiple Navitas divisions.
  • Strengthen relationships with agents, schools, and education partners.
  • Represent Navitas at events, fairs, and school engagements.
  • Use data and CRM insights (Salesforce) to forecast performance and drive results.
  • Collaborate across marketing, admissions, and divisional teams for unified campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with Navitas’ ethical recruitment and quality standards.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment or education sales.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
  • Commercial acumen and comfort working across multiple product lines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel within North & North-East India.

  • Full working rights in India is required. Preference for candidates based in Chandigarh, but also major cities within Punjab will be considered.
