Supplier Quality Management

• Collect and consolidate all relevant supplier quality issues from respective Business Units (BU) monthly.
• Create and publish a monthly summary report of Critical & Major supplier issues, including Root Cause Analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Supplier Audits
• Monitor progress of the global supplier auditing program via the Coheris platform.
• Review audit reports and identify key points of interest for publication. MIRA (Material Internal Risk Assessment)
• Develop resources and information to enable SQA personnel to conduct accurate MIRA assessments.
• Assist SQA teams with development of new MIRA's as needed.
• Conduct yearly review of all MIRA's to ensure they are up to date.
• Publish annual (January) list of High-Risk Suntory Materials Food Fraud Program
• Support SQA teams in developing Food Fraud programs.
