    Job Description

    As the Regional Supply Chain Manager (EU) reporting to Chief Supply Chain officer, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead order management, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through efficient fulfilment and service excellence.
  • Manage logistics, distribution, and third-party service providers across Europe.
  • Participate in global S&OP processes and lead regional demand planning.
  • Monitor KPIs, initiate cost-saving measures, and report performance to leadership.
  • Lead supply chain projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful SCM Manager-EU should have:

  • 10+ years of supply chain experience, including 5+ years in team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in SAP (S/4), APS tools, and international logistics.
  • Deep knowledge of EU customs, preferential agreements, and global logistics providers.
  • Experience in chemicals (bulk liquid/gas), port operations, and safety procedures.
  • Strategic thinking, intercultural awareness, and a passion for sustainability.
  • CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
