**Regional Supply Excellence Program Coach**
**Segment: Mars Wrigley**
**Contract** : permanent
**Location** : **Veghel, The Netherlands**
The MSE (Mars Supply Excellence) regional coach will drive operational excellence by ensuring that the MSE deployment in the region is in line with the ambition. The MSE Coach will be the change agent to coach and train the Regional Supply team and the Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key MSE strategies and processes. The MSE regional coach is accountable for MSE capability building of Sites in the region.
Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the MSE maturity audit.
**What are we looking for?**
+ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical degree
