Regional Technical Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical and sales support by designing compliant, customer-focused fire detection and protection solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, layouts and tender responses.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and consultants.
• Ensure solutions comply with international and local standards (EN, NFPA, UNI).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Project Management and Technical Support teams to win new projects and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide post-sales technical support during testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with regional and HQ technical support to track issues and arrange on-site service.
• Gather market feedback and represent the company at industry events and trainings.
