This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on ABA or autism experience who want consistent work, strong clinical support, and a clear path toward RBT and BCBA growth. What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Collect and record data (frequency, duration, rate, ABC) Use ABA techniques including DTT, NET, and task analysis Work with clients in home, school, or community settings Maintain professional communication with supervisors and families Who We’re Looking For Experience working with individuals with Autism or ABA services Reliable, consistent, and professional Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using basic technology for data collection Ability to pass a background check Experience & Credentials RBT certification preferred, not required 1 year ABA or in-home autism experience preferred ABA knowledge required (DTT, NET, behavior data collection) ⚠️ This role requires prior ABA or autism-related experience.
