BAYADA Behavioral Health is a non-profit employer seeking an school-based **Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®).** RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality.
We also offer RBT paid training.
**Behavior Technician Training provides:**
+ A 40+ hour paid training program to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT)
+ Receive high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices in adult learning and applied behavior analysis including:
+ BAYADA University web-based courses
+ Live lectures
+ Hands-on training and structured observation
+ BAYADA study guides to prepare you for the RBT exam
