About the Role As an RBT at Blue Bird Day , you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location : 140 E.
