Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Colorado Springs, CO (North and South clinic locations available) Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour About Lacuna Autism Services Lacuna Autism Services is dedicated to providing the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 0–12 in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clinic, home, or community under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Collect, record, and input data accurately and on time. Maintain open, professional communication with clinical and administrative teams. Use Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address challenging behaviors. Track daily data for skill acquisition and behavior management. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required). Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives. Reliable, professional, and energetic attitude. Valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role, including: Running, squatting, kneeling, and engaging in play activities with children. Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Remaining active and on your feet throughout therapy sessions.
