As a leader in pediatric rehabilitation and behavioral health services , our Dallas campus provides: 60 private patient rooms ICU step-down, neurobehavioral, and rehabilitation units for a seamless continuum of care A state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and structured therapeutic activity spaces Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans to support behavioral, social, and emotional growth in patients with complex medical and psychiatric conditions. Key Responsibilities Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA. Collect and record accurate behavioral data throughout treatment sessions. Support patients in developing daily living, communication, and coping skills. Assist in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviors using approved techniques. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care. Promote a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment aligned with hospital policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required. Prior experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health, developmental, or medical settings preferred. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills required.
