Job Description Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies designed by a supervising BCBA. Deliver ABA-based therapeutic services such as discrete trial training, reinforcement strategies, social skills support, and crisis intervention as needed. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress in accordance with district and ABA protocols. Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to integrate behavioral supports with academic goals. Provide direct one-on-one or small group support in classrooms, resource rooms, or other school-based settings. Support skill acquisition, communication development, social functioning, and reduction of challenging behaviors.
