About the Role

We are seeking passionate Behavior Technicians / RBTs to join our growing ABA team serving children and adolescents in Montgomery County. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide evidence-based, assent-focused ABA services that help children build meaningful skills and reduce barriers to learning. This position delivers direct 1:1 services in homes, schools, community settings, and/or our ABA center(located in Rockville, MD).
