Job Description Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Description: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Technicians are responsible for implementing behavior plans, data and data collection as well as training caregivers and staff in home and community settings. Responsibilities: Provide direct ABA with individual clients, implementing interventions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction as directed by the BCBA Delivering ABA across multiple environments including home, school, and community Collecting electronic data both accurately and effectively as it relates to the program created by the BCBA Communicate effectively with supervising BCBA/BCaBA Implement parent training to support children and adolescents reach behavioral goals and increase quality of life.
