Job Description

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to support an elementary school setting in Concord, NH. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the current school year. The role requires providing behavior support services to students within the elementary age group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collecting and recording data on student progress
  • Assisting in behavior assessment and program development
  • Collaborating with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Must hold current RBT certification
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
