Job Description Job Description We are hiring part-time in the afternoon for the position of Registered Behavior Technician. This is a great position for people who love working with children and current or recent psychology or social work graduates. Very flexible with scheduling needs and able to increase to a full-time position, dependent on client availability. Registered Behavior Technician Expectations: 1:1 in-home therapy with 2-4-hour long sessions Implement protocols, collect data, and communicate with supervising BCBA Someone patient, energetic, and able to build and maintain rapport with children aged 2-16 years old Requirements: 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, in progress or complete bachelor's degree preferred Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week, with after-school hours preferred Current Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to attain certification prior to starting (sign-on bonus available).
